Kevin O’Connor has been an active resident of Dupont Circle since 2004.  He has gained a deep appreciation of the unique qualities of the neighborhood, from the farmer’s market, to the District’s best bars and restaurants, and the occasional snowball fight.

As a recipient of the prestigious Capital City Fellowship, he served District residents through the District Department of Transportation, the City Administrator’s Office and the Office of the Chief Financial Offer.  Following the Fellowship, he managed City Council relations at the Office of Property Management (now known as DRES).
